What it checks
- Reads up to 50 public pages of your own site, and respects robots.txt
- Answers only from those pages; says "I'm not sure — let me get someone from the team" otherwise
- Says it is an AI assistant in its first message
- Never invents prices or policies; refuses medical, legal and financial advice
- Collects a name, email or phone only with the visitor's agreement
- Trial: 50 messages, then it stops; save it to keep it for 30 days
Questions
What does it cost to keep?
The AI Front Desk is a monthly service after a one-time setup; the price is on the AI agents page. The trial is free.
Does it read anything private?
No. Only pages anyone can open on your site, and never pages your robots.txt asks crawlers to skip.
Can it book appointments?
Yes — on your site it can offer your booking link and send each enquiry to your email or CRM.
