Questions
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three DNS records that tell receiving mail servers which servers may send for your domain, prove a message wasn't changed, and say what to do with fakes. Gmail and Yahoo now expect them from bulk senders.
Will fixing them break our email?

Do you need our passwords?
