Partner terms

1. Who can take part

Businesses and individuals we approve. We may decline or end a partnership at any time; commission already earned under section 3 is still paid.

2. Referrals

A referral is a business that first reaches us through your link or code, or that you introduce to us by email before it contacts us. The first partner to introduce a business keeps it for 12 months. Existing clients, businesses already in talks with us, and your own business can't be referred.

3. Commission

You earn 10% of the referred client's first payment, excluding taxes and payment fees. It becomes payable once the client's 30-day refund window has passed without a refund, and it is paid in the following month's payout. If the client is refunded before the payout, no commission is due. We only pay from money we have actually received.

4. Agencies

Approved agencies may order our services at 25% off list price for their own clients. Previews and deliverables carry the agency's brand, not ours. The agency is responsible for its relationship and contract with its client, and pays us directly. Prices still to be quoted are quoted at the same discount.

5. How you promote us

Be accurate: no promises about results or prices we don't offer, no spam, no paid ads on our name, and no pretending to be us. Tell people you may earn a commission when you recommend us. We may withhold commission earned in breach of this section.

6. Payment and taxes

Payouts are made monthly by a method we agree with you. You are responsible for your own taxes. We never ask for card or bank numbers by email or through the website.

7. Changes

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; commission already earned is paid under the terms in force when it was earned.
