Where are you based?
We serve US businesses; our postal address is in every email footer.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes — most clients are small and mid-size businesses.
Do I need a call?
No. Most quotes are written from a message.
Can I pay monthly?
Monthly plans exist for care and hosting; projects are paid by stage.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to work faster; people review and approve everything that is delivered.
AI Front Desk
Where do its answers come from?
Only from your own website and the facts you approve. When it isn't sure, it says so and hands over to your team.
Does it say it's an AI?
Yes. Its first message says it is an AI assistant, and visitors can ask for a person at any time.
Will it make up prices or policies?
No. It answers only from your content; anything else goes to a person.
What happens to the leads it collects?
It asks for a name, email or phone only with the visitor's agreement, and sends each lead to your email or CRM.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, at any time. The trial stops on its own after 50 messages.

What do I get from the Prototype Sprint?
A working prototype of the main screen, a written spec and a fixed quote for the first production version.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. It lives in a repository you own.
How are bigger builds paid?
Against approved stages, usually 50% / 30% / 20%. You see each stage working before paying for it.
Can you work with my existing team?
Yes. We can build alongside your developers and hand over clean, documented code.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you share anything confidential.
Cloud
What did the check look at?
Only what anyone can see from outside: your certificate, the HTTPS redirect, security headers and the server banner. We never log in or probe anything private.
What does the Health Check add?
A full review of your cloud setup with read-only access you grant, and the exact fixes in writing.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a user with the access the work needs and remove it when we're done.
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
What if something is down right now?
Book a call or ask for a person; a Rescue starts as soon as you approve it.
Contractor integrations
Is the dashboard showing my numbers?
No. The snapshot uses example data so you can see the shape of the reports; the assessment maps your own systems.
Which systems do you connect?
Followup CRM, Sage, QuickBooks, Procore, Viewpoint and Power BI are the most common.
What does the assessment give me?
A written map of how a job moves from CRM to accounting to reporting, where it is entered twice, and a fixed plan to fix it.
Do you need admin access?
Only read access for the assessment, granted by you and removed afterwards.
How long is a pilot?
The quote states it in writing; it covers one integration working end to end on your data.
CRM
Which CRM do you set up?
HubSpot or Zoho for most small teams; a custom CRM when your sales process doesn't fit them.
Is the pipeline demo my real data?
No. The demo uses example data to show the shape of a pipeline; your real pipeline is built from your own sales steps.
Will you import my existing contacts?
Yes. We import your spreadsheets or old CRM and keep you as the owner of every record.
Who owns the account?
You do. We work inside an account you own and remove our access when you ask.
What happens after setup?
You can run it yourself, or keep us on CRM Care for admin, fixes and reports.
Email and IT
What did the email check find?
It reads your public DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and shows the exact records to add. Nothing private is touched.
Why does DMARC matter?
Without it, anyone can send mail that looks like it came from you, and more of your own mail lands in spam.
Will my email stop working while you fix it?
No. Changes are made in a safe order and checked before and after.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both. We set them up or harden them with MFA, admin roles and sharing rules.
Do you need my password?
No. You add us as an admin for the work and remove access afterwards.
Websites
Is the draft site mine?
The draft was built from public information to show what is possible. If you go ahead, the finished site, its code and its domain belong to you.
What do you need from me?
Your services in your own words, your logo and photos if you have them, and access to your domain. We never invent services, reviews or prices for you.
Do I pay before I see it?
No. You see a working preview first; project stages are paid only after you approve them.
Will it rank on Google?
We build it fast, mobile-first and with the basics search engines need. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, so we don't.
Can I edit it myself later?
Yes. You get every login, and on Site Care we make edits for you on request.
